In such cases, the Customer is the data controller, and Noex processes personal data only in accordance with the Customer’s instructions and any Data Processing Agreement (DPA).

  • Role/title

3.2 Usage data

  • Login activity

  • Events and user behaviour in the platform

3.3 Customer Data (uploaded content)

Customers may upload documentation that can contain personal data. Noex never uses such data for its own purposes, but only to provide the Service.

3.4 Payment and billing information

    (Payment processing is carried out via trusted third-party providers.)

We process personal data in order to:

  • Provide and operate the Service

  • Create and manage user accounts

7. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

If personal data is transferred outside the EU/EEA, Noex ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, such as:

  • EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC)

  • A decision on adequate protection level

8. Retention period

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Account and billing information: in accordance with bookkeeping requirements and applicable law

  • Customer Data: retained for up to 365 days after the subscription ends, unless the Customer requests earlier deletion

  • Support tickets: retained for operational purposes

After the retention period, data is deleted or anonymised securely.

Noex applies reasonable technical and organisational security measures, including:

  • Encryption at rest and in transit

  • Access control and role-based access

  • Regular backups

  • Monitoring and incident management

However, no digital service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to:

  • Request an extract from the register

  • Request rectification

  • Request erasure (“the right to be forgotten”)

  • Restrict processing

  • Request data portability

  • Object to processing

  • Lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY)
